วันนี้ีีมีคนถามมาว่า สั่งเครื่อง พริ้นเตอร์แล้วพริ้นไม่ได้ ไม่รู้ printer เป็นอะไร ขึ้น “Windows can’t open Add Printer. The local print spooler service is not running. Please restat the spooler or restart the machine.”

โดยไปอ่านตามบอร์ดต่างประเทศมาได้คำถามประมาณว่า

การแก้ปัญหาเบื้องต้นคือการลบไดร์เวอร์แล้วลงใหม่ หากยังไม่ได้ทำตามนี้

• ไปทีที่เมนุ start >ช่องค้นหา> พิมพ์ services.msc enter
• คลิกขวาที่ print spooler และคลิก on properties.
• คลิก startup type ให้เป็น auto หรือกด start/stop
• ตรวจดูว่าเป็น start หรือ stop หาก เป็น stop ให้คลิกอีกทีให้เป็น start
